Jan has been a leading Real Estate Agent in the Tampa Bay Area for over ten years.  Jan brings her passion for helping people along with her high integrity and powerful negotiating skills to help customers with their moves in and out of our area. 

Jan has previously been a licensed Realtor in Ohio and California and has a background working with loans and insurance.  Jan’s favorite part of working in Real Estate has been creating a Team where we all specialize in our talents and help our customers with their transitions that change their lives. 

Jan loves traveling and learning from the top agents in the country through the education that Keller Williams Realty offers.  Jan is a founding partner in the Keller Williams Realty office in Apollo Beach and has served on the Leadership Council for many years.   Jan lives in Apollo Beach with her husband Jim and maltase dog, Roxy.

Laura has been working with Jan and The REAL Team since 2005.  Laura enjoys working with Buyers on the treasure hunt of finding the perfect house and working as one of the top Property Managers in our area.  Laura heads our Rental Division of The REAL Team.   Laura’s insurance background and eagle eye attention to detail are helpful daily with all the moving parts of property management.  Laura’s favorite part of her job is the win-win of a landlord finding a great tenant and a tenant finding a great property. 

Our Rental Division currently serves Hillsborough County with focus on the growing SouthShore areas of Riverview, Brandon, Ruskin and Apollo Beach.  Laura lives in Apollo Beach with her husband Mike and their two dogs, Cassie and Buff.

Her favorite part about working on The REAL Team is working with such a talented Team that gets to help wonderful customers with buying and selling real estate in the area.  Evelyn is a Sweet Adeline member of the Toast of Tampa Show Chorus and enjoys traveling with the chorus and spending time with her husband Sean.

Monica DeSomma

Marketing and Listing Coordinator

Monica is the Team’s marketing guru!  Monica enjoys working in Real Estate in every way and has experience in Finance, Sales, Marketing and Property Management.  She uses her experience to maintain and develop the most in-depth marketing and listing strategies for our customer.  

Monica is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and soon will be a Florida Realtor as well.  Monica uses her outgoing personality and helpful nature to be the first voice of The REAL Team to help Buyers and Sellers in the first steps of buying or selling.  You will find Monica on the computer learning some new geeky real estate technology application or enjoying some FL sunshine on the beach!

Lucy Rocha

Property Management Coordinator

Lucy joined the Team in 2015 and works with our Property Management department.  She is born in Rhode Island and has been happy to call Florida home since 2004. Lucy brings with her a wealth of knowledge and has worked in the real estate industry for the past fourteen years. 

Lucy was a loan officer and loan processor and she is passionate about helping people find a new place to come home!  She helps place our tenants, process applications and works on maintenance requests for our property management department.  Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at the animal shelter, C.A.R.E. in Ruskin.
